Codebloc Studio operates globally. Information we collect, including your anonymous UID and chat data, may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States or other countries where our third-party processors maintain facilities. By using the app, you consent to this transfer, which is safeguarded by Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and robust security measures.
If you use an iOS device, we comply with Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework. We will request your explicit permission before tracking your activity across other companies' apps and websites using your device's advertising identifier (IDFA) for marketing attribution.
If you reside in the EEA or the UK, you have the right to access, rectify, or erase your information. Because we use anonymous authentication, we provide an in-app "Delete Data" feature in the Settings menu. Using this feature serves as the execution of your right to be forgotten, permanently erasing your data from our servers. Our lawful basis for processing includes the performance of a contract and our legitimate business interests in optimizing the app.
California residents have the right to know what personal information is collected and the right to request deletion. We do not sell your personal information. You can exercise your right to delete via the in-app settings.
We retain your chat history and analytics data only for as long as you use the app. You have absolute control. By navigating to Settings and selecting "Delete Data," your chat history and associated UID records are permanently eradicated from our active databases. We do not keep backups of deleted user data.
Octo AI is strictly intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with data, please contact us immediately.
