Octo AI is operated by Codebloc Studio (“we”). This policy explains how
we process personal data under KVKK (Türkiye), GDPR (EEA/UK) and CCPA/CPRA (California).
1. Information we collect
We do not require an email or password account. We limit collection to what is needed to run the app.
A. Anonymous identity and device
On first launch we create an anonymous session and a unique user ID (UID), plus a device identifier, to
store preferences, chat history, usage limits and subscription status on that device. We do not collect
your real name or email unless you voluntarily send them in feedback.
B. Optional display name
If you enter a preferred name in onboarding or settings, it is stored on your user record to address you
in the app. You may skip it.
C. Chat and feature data
Camera, photos and files: used for scan and document tools. Images, documents and
links (for example YouTube URLs) are sent to AI processors for analysis. We do not keep your photos
or files on our servers as a content library; they are processed for the request. Chat text may be
stored so you can reopen history.
Quizzes and library: items you create or save in the app are stored with your UID.
D. Feedback
Feedback you send (title, text, UID, device ID, app version, source) is stored to improve the product.
E. Analytics and diagnostics
Linked to your anonymous UID we may collect in-app events, device model, OS, advertising IDs (on iOS
only with ATT permission), approximate location from IP, crash logs and session length.

3. International transfers
Codebloc Studio operates from Türkiye. Data may be stored in the United States or other countries where
processors have servers, with safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses where required.
4. iOS App Tracking Transparency
On iOS we ask permission before using IDFA to measure activity across other companies’ apps and sites.
You can refuse and still use the app.
5. Your rights
A. Türkiye (KVKK)
The data controller is Codebloc Studio. Under KVKK article 11 you may learn whether your data is processed,
access it, request correction or deletion, and learn about recipients. Use in-app data deletion where
available, or email us.
B. GDPR
If you are in the EEA or UK you may access, rectify or erase data. Legal bases include contract
(providing the app and subscription) and legitimate interests (analytics and stability). In-app delete
plus email can support erasure requests.
C. CCPA/CPRA
You may know what we collect and request deletion. We do not sell personal information.
6. Retention and deletion
We keep data while you use the app. In-app Delete Data removes chat history and related
UID records from active databases as described in the app. It may not cancel a store subscription or
erase processor logs immediately. For full account removal, email us. We do not keep backups of deleted
user content in active stores.
7. Children
Octo AI is for users 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. For material changes we refresh the effective date at the
top of this page. Continued use of the app means you accept the current policy.

Kamera, fotoğraf ve dosyalar tarama araçları için yapay zeka işleyenlere iletilir; fotoğraf veya dosya
kütüphanesi olarak sunucuda tutulmaz. Sohbet metni geçmiş için saklanabilir. Quiz ve kütüphane
kayıtları UID ile tutulur.
D. Geri bildirim
Başlık, metin, UID, cihaz, sürüm ve kaynak saklanır.
E. Analitik
Olaylar, cihaz modeli, işletim sistemi, reklam kimliği (iOS’ta ATT izniyle), IP’den yaklaşık konum,
çökme kayıtları.
2. İşleyenler
Google (Firebase, Analytics, Crashlytics, Remote Config, Gemini vb.), RevenueCat, AppsFlyer ve
gerektiğinde diğer üretici yapay zeka sağlayıcıları. Kart bilgisi Apple veya Google’da kalır.
3. Yurt dışı aktarım
Codebloc Studio Türkiye’den faaliyet gösterir. Veriler ABD veya işleyenlerin bulunduğu diğer ülkelerde
saklanabilir (SCC vb. güvencelerle).
4. ATT
iOS’ta IDFA ile çapraz ölçüm için izin isteriz. Reddetseniz de uygulamayı kullanabilirsiniz.
5. Haklarınız
KVKK: Veri sorumlusu Codebloc Studio’dur. Madde 11 uyarınca öğrenme, erişim, düzeltme
ve silme haklarınız için uygulama içi silme veya e-posta kullanın.
GDPR / CCPA: Erişim, düzeltme ve silme haklarınız vardır. Kişisel verilerinizi
satmayız.
6. Saklama ve silme
Uygulama içi veri silme sohbet ve ilgili kayıtları aktif veritabanından kaldırır; mağaza aboneliğini
iptal etmez. Tam silme için e-posta yazın.
7. Çocuklar
13 yaş altından bilerek veri toplamayız.
8. Politika değişiklikleri
Bu politikayı zaman zaman güncelleyebiliriz. Önemli değişikliklerde sayfanın üstündeki yürürlük tarihini
yenileriz. Uygulamayı kullanmaya devam etmeniz güncel politikayı kabul ettiğiniz anlamına gelir.

2. Encargados

procesan el pago con tarjeta.
3. Transferencias
Codebloc Studio opera desde Turquía. Los datos pueden tratarse en EE. UU. u otros países, con cláusulas
tipo si procede.
4. ATT
En iOS pedimos permiso antes de medir con IDFA. Puede rechazar y seguir usando la aplicación.
5. Derechos
KVKK, RGPD y CCPA: acceso, rectificación y supresión. No vendemos datos personales.
Utilice el borrado de datos en la aplicación o el correo.
6. Conservación
Borrar datos en la aplicación elimina el historial en bases activas; no cancela la suscripción de la

No recopilamos a sabiendas datos de menores de 13 años.

8. Änderungen der Richtlinie
Wir können diese Richtlinie von Zeit zu Zeit aktualisieren. Bei wesentlichen Änderungen erneuern wir das
