Welcome to Octo AI. These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Octo AI mobile application provided by Codebloc Studio ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading or using the app, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Octo AI operates on a freemium model. We may provide a limited, complementary allowance (e.g., a specific number of free messages) for new users to test the app. This free allowance is managed via remote configuration and can be modified or removed at any time without prior notice. Once your free allowance is exhausted, you must purchase a valid premium subscription (e.g., Weekly or Monthly Pro Plans) through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store to continue using the app's core functionalities and AI-powered features.
To ensure high-quality service, optimal performance, and fair access for all our Premium users, Octo AI operates under a daily Fair Usage Policy (FUP) applicable to all subscription plans. By subscribing, you acknowledge and agree to the following daily allocations:
These allocations reset every 24 hours. Reaching these daily limits does not entitle you to a refund for your active subscription. We reserve the right to adjust these usage allocations dynamically via remote configuration to maintain the stability and quality of the AI service.
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. We may offer promotional Free Trials (e.g., a 3-day trial). If you subscribe to a plan with a free trial, you will not be charged until the trial ends. Subscriptions and trials automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store or Google Play Store after purchase.

Codebloc Studio reserves the right to terminate your access immediately without a refund if you violate these guidelines.
Octo AI uses advanced artificial intelligence to generate educational content and solve problems. However, AI can make mistakes. The information provided is for educational and assistance purposes only. We do not guarantee the 100% accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any AI-generated response. You should always verify critical information independently.
You acknowledge and agree that these Terms are concluded between you and Codebloc Studio only, not with Apple Inc. or Google LLC. Apple and Google are not responsible for the application, its content, or providing any maintenance and support services for Octo AI.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any questions regarding its existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts and Execution Offices of Bolu, Turkey.
