Terms of Use (EULA)

Welcome to Octo AI. These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Octo AI mobile application provided by Codebloc Studio ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms.

1. Freemium model and subscriptions

Octo AI operates on a freemium model. We may provide a limited complimentary allowance (for example a number of free messages) for new users. That allowance is managed by remote configuration and may be changed or removed at any time. Once the free allowance is exhausted, you must purchase a premium subscription (weekly or monthly) through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store to keep using core AI features. A subscription does not transfer ownership of the software or content; it grants personal, non-commercial access for the paid period.

2. Fair usage policy and limits

To keep quality of service, Premium use is subject to a daily Fair Usage Policy:

Per-type limits apply within the daily total. These values may be changed via remote configuration. Limits reset every 24 hours. Reaching a daily limit does not entitle you to a refund. New users may receive a limited complimentary allowance before a subscription is required; that allowance can be changed or removed.

3. Subscriptions, free trials and auto-renewal

Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. The price, currency, billing period and any free trial shown in the app and on the store purchase sheet at the time you confirm are the terms of that purchase. Completing the store confirmation starts a paid subscription (which may begin with a trial if one is offered for that product at that time).

Promotional free trials may be offered; they are not guaranteed and may be turned on or off, or change in length. Whether a trial applies, and for how long, is shown in the app and on the store purchase sheet at the time you confirm. If no trial is offered, the listed price is charged at purchase. If a trial is offered, you are not charged until the trial ends.

Subscriptions and trials automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period (including a trial period). If you start a plan that includes a trial and do not cancel in time, the then-current plan price is charged when the trial ends and the subscription keeps renewing.

Manage or cancel only in your App Store or Google Play account settings after purchase. Codebloc Studio cannot cancel a store subscription on your behalf. A free trial is typically limited per Apple or Google account; creating a new in-app user, using another device or reinstalling the app may not grant a new trial.

4. Cancellation, unused access and refunds

Not opening the app, not using Premium features, or forgetting a subscription does not stop billing while auto-renew is on and does not create a refund right from Codebloc Studio.

Refund requests for unused trial or subscription time are handled solely under Apple’s or Google’s refund policies. Codebloc Studio cannot refund charges collected by Apple or Google. A store refusal to refund does not create an obligation for Codebloc Studio to pay you.

6. Intellectual property

The app, branding and software belong to Codebloc Studio or its licensors. Your prompts and outputs do not give you ownership of the app. Do not copy, scrape or commercially redistribute the service.

7. AI disclaimer and warranty

Octo AI uses generative AI. Outputs can be wrong or incomplete. Content is for educational assistance only. We do not warrant uninterrupted service, exam results or 100% accuracy. The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by mandatory law, Codebloc Studio is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including charges that continue because a subscription was not cancelled.

8. Age

Octo AI is intended for users aged 13 and over. If you are under the age of majority, a parent or guardian must approve these Terms and any store purchases.

9. App Store and Google Play

These Terms are between you and Codebloc Studio only, not Apple or Google. Purchase, renewal, cancellation and refunds follow the relevant store’s rules.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes are reflected by the effective date above. Continued use after an update means you accept the current Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. The courts and execution offices of Bolu, Turkey have jurisdiction.
